Loan Duration: Short term loan 12 months.

Loan Limit: Maximum 5 lac taka loan is granted depending upon the specie and model of fishes.
Ratio of Loan & Equity is 80:20

Security:
No additional assistant security is required up to TK.50,000/- loan disbursement.
But following formalities must be done.

• the borrower must submit the documents of the pond/water land
• in case of leased pond/water land borrower must submit his own named properties document

Rate of Interest: The rate of interest of this program is 13%.

Loan Disbursement Procedure: Granted loan is disbursed for preparing pond and to buy fish ‘pona’ in two installations. Loan can be disbursed through all the year. But pond preparing loan not to be disbursed in rainy season.

Loan Recovery: After six month of first installation disbursement, interest should be recovered and after one year interest & principal be recovered.
